With over 8+ years of experience in London’s top studios and gyms, teaching 10,000’s+ people of all ages, sizes, experiences, races, genders and injuries, this is the thoughtful, REAL beginners content that you won’t find on Instagram and Tiktok, amongst the sea of people ‘showing off’ for brand partnerships or follower clout.

Each day has a handy hyperlink taking you straight to the video. Print it off and crosss each day off, or keep it on your phone/laptop and click straight through - it’s up to you.

30 Day Savasana journey

Struggling to get in to the routine of yoga that you want? Try stripping it all back and simply focus on “getting on your mat, intentionally”, everyday.

As LOVED by our members and coaching clients, this is a tried and proven method of helping you to eradicate your mental blocks and barriers to beginning your yoga practice again, or for the first time.

Most of us desperately need more proper, intentional rest, and as Emily’s philosophy is that if there was going to be just one pose you did everyday, savasana should be it!

How to use this calendar:
- Print it off, and tick it off as you go. Visual accountability is huge!
- Either roll out a yoga mat, or create an intentional space to lie down (perhaps lighting a candle, laying out a blanket etc)
- Set a time for the length given on the day
- Either lie in silence, or pop on our playlist for lyric-less sounds to soothe you.
- The act of making it to your mat is transformational. We create discipline when we keep the promises we make to ourselves. So promising yourself you’ll ‘do yoga tomorrow’ can be as simple as simply taking savasana. If after your time is up, you feel like doing anything else, fantastic! If not, roll up your mat and carry on with your day, knowing you’re one step closer to cultivating a deeper sense of tapas (meaning discipline).
