All live classes are recorded and sent out immediately. You have access to them until 7 days after the club ends, so plenty of time to catch up if things go sideways!

Friends are welcome from all around the world! We’ve had club members tune in from the UK, Egypt, Singapore and France so far! If the time difference makes it tricky, you can do any of the lives on immediate replay - but you still get all the accountability of being part of the group, and the 1-2-1’s with me, at a time that works for YOU.

You are SO welcome! Every class is for all-levels, and I offer up lots of bespoke help and guidance, and recommend the right videos to help you learn, from my on-demand studio. I will never assume you know how to do a down-dog! I’m also always just a message away for ANY questions - your own private teacher in your pocket!

Absolutely! I pride myself on being very injury inclusive (as all yoga should be!) - so please email me and let me know what you’re working with - I will always modify and provide other options and lots of past members have brought various different injuries to the club and felt super well supported and catered for! hello@thejoyfulwild.yoga
